Only the first file uploaded via saef

I'm using ngen file with FF matrix. I have a max of 3 rows setup.

Everything works ok in the CP but when uploading through SAEF, only the first file gets uploaded and added to t he entry. The rest are neither uploaded or added to the entry, but the first one is.

I believe I am importing the javascript and css correctly.

Please advise, thanks!

   Adam, SAEFs are tricky and we don't use them ourselves. Do you have a URL I can look at to see what might be going on?
