Help - many ngen/matrix entries will not open.

Hi,I just went live with a an ee 1.6.9 site that has many single entry portfolios using ngen 1.0.1 in Matrix 2.0.4. ( Each entry contains between 7 and 40 or so images and their thumbnails ). As the number of entries grew the occasional entry would not open but I put it down to duplicate image names but now now a larger number of entries will not open and I am in hot water with my client. Wondering if anyone could help? Thanks

    I bumped up the php memory limit to 256M and they now open....Whew!
